In the Absence of Lord Tex, I'll be handling the Voting process. Given that anything done in game would be difficult to allow everyone the chance to vote due to time contraints and real life concerns, we'll be handling the vote via the boards and email.
I would like to remind everyone at this time that the Skara Brae Charter requires the governor to be chosen by Lord British or in his absence, the High Council. I really don't think the High Council will go against the voice of the people, though.

Our two candidates are Lord Stigo of WH, and Trunks of OCW. For those of you that got the chance to attend last night's meeting, they answered a number of questions fielded to them by the Citizens, and gave a brief idea of what they would like to accomplish as Governor. I have asked both of them to post on these boards a bit of what they said last night and anything else they'd like to add. And Thankfully, Lady Destiny is doing her best to get them both interviewed.
