Executive Order #4: Restoration of civilian authority and rule to the city of Skara Brae, permanent suspension of Martial Law.
After thorough consultation with the interim civilian authority of Skara Brae, the Britannian Armed Forces recognizes said governing body is capable of maintaining Law and Order independently of intervention by national military forces. It is hereby decided that martial law in the city of Skara Brae is immidiately and permanently suspended, and local authority is hence transfered completely to the new Skara Brae civilian government, now chaired by Governor Stigo, with security needs being met by the Order of the Crimson Wolves.
